Return Policy
At Jo Knows, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and fair for all our fellow fans. Please review our procedures below to ensure a smooth return process for your items.
Eligibility: Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase. Please note that trading cards are generally nonrefundable unless absolute proof of damage is provided. Additionally, if damage occurs during shipping, clear photos of the shipping box and packaging showing the damage must be taken before the box is opened in order to qualify for a review or refund.
Custom Orders: This policy applies to all custom-made products, including any personalized or made-to-order items. These custom-made products are generally not eligible for returns or refunds except in cases of damage or error.
Process: To start a return, contact us at joknowsvintage@gmail.com. If accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Customers are responsible for purchasing and providing their own return shipping label, except in cases where proof of damage or an incorrect item is submitted and approved, in which case Jo Knows will cover the return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted by our center.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Refunds are for the product price only and do not include any original or return shipping costs. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Reach out if it has been longer than expected.
